Over the weekend I attended a Gena Kirby Rebozo Workshop with Beautifully Connected. It was amazing and so of course I came home and practiced on my family.
And then last night my sweet boy came down before bed asking if I could help him relax with the rebozo because it ‘really relaxes me.’ And it does!
Do any of you doulas incorporate rebozo? Any of you mothers use it during labor? It’s incredible, truly. ❤️
